Capital Smart City Announces Plots Balloting in Overseas Prime, Harmony Park, and Harmony Park Overseas Block

On Wednesday, 30th March 2022, Capital Smart City announced the balloting of plots in Overseas Prime, Harmony Park, and Harmony Par Overseas Blocks. Not to forget, a couple of weeks ago, the society also performed the balloting of Overseas Central. According to our sources and the announcement of Future Developments Holding (Pvt) Ltd., the balloting event will be held graciously on 30th May. However, specific terms and conditions will be applied to an individual eligible for balloting.




Overseas Prime Block:

The customers must pay their due payment – which is 50% or above – before 20th April 2022

The customers who have paid 40%, 50%, or 100% upfront payment will be given an open opportunity to choose the location on the map without participating in the balloting. However, they are entitled to pay their remaining payment before 20th April 2022, to be eligible to choose the location.

Those members who want to choose the location on the map – wish to grab the opportunity- must pay a lump sum amount which is 25% of the total price of the plot.

Overseas Prime Block’s transferred files are entitled to 50% of the total payment to be eligible for balloting.

Harmony Park and Harmony Park Overseas Block

Clients who have paid their reaming dues till or by 20th April 2022 will be eligible for balloting.
