Rawalpindi Development Authority RDA has awarded the Rawalpindi Ring Road project to Frontier Work Organization worth Rs22.8 billion. The FWO’s bid was 300 million less than the project’s estimated budget during the bidding process. In the presence of all concerned departments, the RDA opened the bidding process.
