Kingdom Valley Discount Form is a great opportunity for investors paying in instalments. The kingdom Valley, a top housing society in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, has announced the issuance of the Kingdom Valley Discount Form (KDF) for investors. The form gives you benefits in the shape of paying your plot instalment.
In simple words, if you pay PKR 80,000 through KDF, you can receive a receipt of PKR 100,000. However, you should know that the form applies only to clients of General Block. The clients of commercial and executive blocks cannot get discounts using Kingdom discount forms.
The form classification is different for different sizes of plots. However, you can get a discount of PKR 5000/form.
KDF procedure for 3.5 marla plots
You can buy four forms if you own a 3.5 marla plot. Each form has a price of PKR 20000. But, by paying an instalment via this form, you can get a receipt of PKR 25,000. So, similarly, you can buy four forms for PKR 80,000; and through these forms, you can get a discount of PKR 20,000. In simple words, Kingdom Valley provides you with an exceptional discount of 25% on instalments that are paid via the Kingdom Discount form. The number of discount forms is the same for 3.5, 4, and 5 marla plots.
KDF procedure for 10 marla plots
For the instalment of 10 marla plots, you can get 6 discount forms, each having a value of PKR 25,000. But, you can buy each form for PKR 20,000. So, after buying 6 forms for PKR 120,000, you can get the receipt of PKR 150,000. In this regard, Kingdom valley is very appreciable to give you a discount of PKR 30,000. But, you can only be eligible for gaining a discount if you pay the instalment through the Kingdom Discount Form.
Furthermore, you can also buy discount forms for availing discount opportunities for paying instalments of 1 Kanal, 4 kana, and 8 Kanal.
KDF procedure for 1 Kanal plot
If you have booked a 1 Kanal plot in Kingdom Valley, and have problems paying the instalment amount, don’t worry, as the discount form of Kingdom Valley offers you a 25% discount. For a 1 Kanal plot, you can get 8 forms, each having the value of PKR 25,000 and the price of 20,000. So, you have to pay only PKR 160,000 for buying these forms, but you can get the receipt of 200,000. In simple words, Kingdom valley offers you a discount of PKR 40,000 through the discount form in paying the instalments of a 1 Kanal plot that you have registered in the General Block of Kingdom Valley.
Discount form procedure for 4 Kanal plot
For 4 Kanal plots, you can buy 10 forms to get a discount in paying instalment of the plot. Similarly, you can get each form at only PKR 20,000 each, but each has the value of PKR 25,000. In this regard, you have to pay PKR 200,000 for buying 10 kingdom discount forms. But, you can receive the receipt of PKR 250,000. So, in terms, the housing society directly gives you discount of PKR 50000.
Discount form procedure for 8 Kanal plot
Sometimes, you will feel a hurdle in paying your instalments. But, the Kingdom Valley is the only Housing society in Pakistan offering its clients special discount rates on 8 Kanal plots via Kingdom discount forms. You can get 12 forms against your 8 Kanal plot. The price of each form is PKR 20,000; however, the value of each form is PKR 25,000. So, for 12 forms, you have to pay PKR 240,000, but you can get the receipt of PKR 300,000. In that case, you can directly avail of the discount amount of PKR 60,000.
