Capital Smart City Announces Plots Balloting in Overseas Prime, Harmony Park, and Harmony Park Overseas Block

On Wednesday, 30th March 2022, Capital Smart City announced the balloting of plots in Overseas Prime, Harmony Park, and Harmony Par Overseas Blocks. Not to forget, a couple of weeks ago, the society also performed the balloting of Overseas Central. According to our sources and the announcement of Future Developments Holding (Pvt) Ltd., the balloting event will be held graciously on 30th May. However, specific terms and conditions will be applied to an individual eligible for balloting.

Overseas Prime Block:

The customers must pay their due payment – which is 50% or above – before 20th April 2022

The customers who have paid 40%, 50%, or 100% upfront payment will be given an open opportunity to choose the location on the map without participating in the balloting. However, they are entitled to pay their remaining payment before 20th April 2022, to be eligible to choose the location.

Those members who want to choose the location on the map – wish to grab the opportunity- must pay a lump sum amount which is 25% of the total price of the plot.

Overseas Prime Block’s transferred files are entitled to 50% of the total payment to be eligible for balloting.

Harmony Park and Harmony Park Overseas Block

Clients who have paid their reaming dues till or by 20th April 2022 will be eligible for balloting.

Transferred files of both blocks, i.e., Harmony Park and Harmony Park Overseas Block, must and should pay 50% payment before going into the balloting.

For plot selection, members of both blocks will be eligible only if they have paid 100%, 50%, or 25% upfront by 20th April 2022.

Customers who seek the opportunity to select plots on a map must pay a 25% lump sum amount – 25% of the total value of the property. This amount is exempted from due payments.

It is to be noted that from 2nd April 2022, Capital Smart City will be starting the issuance of Acknowledgement Receipts, which will affirm your eligibility status for balloting. It is highly recommended that those members who have booked their plots on 100%, 50%, 40%, and 25% upfront payment must obtain their acknowledgment receipts. Also, the notification for choosing the location on the map will be started on 9th May 2022 and onwards.

Note: No extension will be given in dues clearance date, acknowledgment receipts date, and location selection. Also, the selection will be held on a first-come-first-serve basis.
